Dialed Offroad

Your bike, dialed in.
Suspension settings for your dirt bike: fork and shock clickers, fork air and sag, set for your bike, your weight and the dirt you ride.
Then one clear change at a time after every ride, with the reason behind it.
How it works
A baseline for your bike. Clickers, fork air and a sag target for your bike, your weight and how you ride, each with the reason behind it.
Set it on the bike. A walkthrough shows each adjuster, where it is and which way to turn it. Factory settings come from each model's own manual.
Ride day. Log each moto or ride as better, same or worse, tap what you felt, and get one change at a time.
Your setup story. Every version saved with its reason, and a setup for each kind of riding.
Free to start. Your bike, its baseline, one free fix and every ride day you log. Never had Pro? Your first 3 ride days on your bike are Pro.

Privacy PolicyEffective October 14, 2026OverviewThis policy explains what Atlas Systems LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use the Dialed Offroad app (the "Service"), what we do with it, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show ads, and the app contains no advertising code.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• You can delete your account, and the data stored with it, from the Profile page. What We Collect
• Account: your email address, a display name, and the sign-in method you used (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google). Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never stored in readable form.
• Your bikes and setups: make, model, year, nickname, engine hours, suspension settings, spring rates, suspension work and service entries, a tuner's sheet if you enter one, sag measurements, tire setup, and photos of your bike if you add them.
• About you as a rider: weight, skill level, riding discipline, the terrain you pick, your goals, and anything you type about how the bike feels.
• Ride days: the date, each moto or ride and how long it lasted, how the bike felt, the conditions you pick and any notes you type, the track or riding area, and the ride day's location (see Location).
• Where you ride: your country, state, a riding zone we derive from the state, and an optional area name you type.
• Tracks and reports: riding spots you add (a name and a location) and track reports you post (a status and an optional note).
• A profile photo, if you add one.
• Purchases: your plan, its status and dates, from RevenueCat and the store you bought from. We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage and error reports: which screens and features you use, the app version, and when something breaks, the screen, the error message and the build. We use these to fix problems and to count how features are used.
• Before you sign in: if you build a tune without an account, we store that request (your bike and rider answers and anything you typed), a random install id, and your IP address, which we use to limit abuse. If you create an account within 48 hours on the same phone, those requests are linked to your new account and the IP address is removed from them.
• Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time for security and troubleshooting.LocationThe app asks for location once, from the Spots card on Home, and only while you are using the app. It never reads your location in the background. If you allowed location in an earlier version of the app, that permission carries over. Everything below happens only if you allow location, and the app works without it.
• Tunes: when you build or refine a tune, we store your location rounded to two decimal places (about 1 km) with that tune, linked to your account. It is not used to calculate your settings and is not sent to the language model. It is removed from the tune after 180 days.
• Ride days: we store the ride day's location rounded to three decimal places (about 110 m) to suggest the track you are at. It stays with the ride day until you delete your account.
• Tracks you add: the spot's location, rounded to about 110 m.
• Spots near you and directions: your location (rounded to about 110 m) is used to find nearby spots and their distance. The search is answered by our server and is not saved. If you tap Directions, the spot is opened in Apple Maps or Google Maps, which handle your location under their own policies.
• Where you ride: your phone's built-in map service (Apple's on iPhone, Google's on Android) turns your location into a state and country. We store the state, the country and the zone, never the coordinates. A state you pick by hand is never overwritten.
• Weather, when the app shows it: your location is sent to Open-Meteo to get a forecast. Once a week we also record your city, state and country, without coordinates, so we know where to add riding spots. Those weekly records are deleted after 180 days. You can turn location off at any time in your phone's settings. The Language Model (OpenAI)Dialed uses a language model from OpenAI for two jobs.
• Baseline tunes: when you build or rebuild a baseline, we send OpenAI your bike's year, make and model, your discipline, terrain, weight, skill level and riding style, your goals, anything you typed about the bike, the temperature and elevation if given, and your tuner's sheet if you entered one. Depending on how our engine is set, the model either suggests the starting settings, which our rules then check and limit, or writes the notes that explain settings our formula already chose. Text the model wrote is labeled in the app.
• Notes you type: the moto or ride notes and conditions notes you type on a ride day are sent to OpenAI to sort them into the symptoms our tuning rules use.We do not send OpenAI your name, email address, account id, location or photos. OpenAI processes this data to answer each request under its API terms, which state that data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default. Please do not type personal information about yourself or anyone else into a note.Sign in with Apple and GoogleIf you sign in with Apple or Google, that company tells us your email address (or an Apple private relay address, if you chose Hide My Email), your name, and an account id. We never receive your Apple or Google password. When you delete an account made with Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more, and we then ask Apple to revoke Dialed's access to your Apple ID. If that request fails, your account is still deleted, and you can remove Dialed yourself in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple. For Google, you can remove Dialed's access in your Google Account settings. What Other Riders Can SeeDialed has no public profiles and no feed. Other riders do not see your name, bikes, setups, ride days or notes.
• Profile photo: stored at a public web address. The app does not show it to other riders, but anyone who has the address could open it. Bike photos are private and open only through links that expire after 10 minutes.
• Track reports: the status and note you post are visible to other signed-in riders, without your name.
• Tracks you add: visible only to you until we verify them. Once verified, the track's name and location are visible to every rider.
• Setup cards: shared only when you share one yourself.Notifications and EmailDialed does not send push notifications from our servers. If you allow notifications, the app schedules a few reminders on your phone: before your Pro days end, a spring reminder if you park Pro for winter, and one reminder to finish signing up if you built a tune without an account. You can turn them off in your phone's settings. We send email only about your account, such as sign-in confirmations and password resets, plus replies when you write to us. We do not send marketing email. If that changes, we will update this policy first and you will be able to unsubscribe. How We Use Information
• Build, refine and save your tunes, setups and ride days.
• Show riding spots, track reports and directions.
• Run your plan and purchases.
• Fix bugs, keep the Service secure, limit abuse, and count how features are used so we know what to improve. We look at these counts in groups, not to profile you.
• Answer you when you contact us.
• Comply with the law.Who Handles Your DataThese service providers handle data for us, only to run the Service:
• Supabase: our database, sign-in, file storage and server functions. Data is stored in the United States.
• OpenAI: the language model, as described above.
• RevenueCat: manages purchases. It receives your account id, your purchase and subscription history, and a marker when you log your first ride day.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, the map service that turns a location into a state on iPhone, and Apple Maps if you open directions.
• Google: Sign in with Google, Google Play purchases, the map service that turns a location into a state on Android, and Google Maps if you open directions.
• Expo: delivers app updates. When the app checks for an update, Expo receives the app version, the platform, a random update id and your IP address.
• Open-Meteo: weather, when the app shows it.We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect riders or the Service, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply. How Long We Keep It
• Your account and what you save: until you delete your account.
• Tunes built without an account and never linked to one: deleted after 90 days.
• After 180 days we remove from your stored records: the location saved with a tune, every note you typed (in a tune request, a moto or ride, conditions, a service entry, a track report, or a next-time note), the area name you typed for where you ride, and the weekly city records. A track you added is no longer linked to you. The rest of each record (settings, dates, the symptoms you picked) stays until you delete your account.
• The ride day's location is kept with the ride day until you delete your account.Deleting Your AccountOn the Profile page, tap Delete account. This deletes your account, profile, rider profile, bikes, setups, ride days, notes, track reports, photos, purchase records we hold, and usage and error reports.
• Tracks you added that we had not verified are deleted. A track we verified stays in the track list for every rider, without your name.
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
• Copies in our provider's backups and logs are removed as those expire.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the account settings of the store you subscribed through. You can also ask us to delete your account, or to send you a copy of your data, by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.Your Choices and Rights
• See and change your profile, bikes and setups in the app.
• Turn location and notifications on or off in your phone's settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have further rights, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using them.SecurityData travels encrypted between the app and our servers, and your records can be read only by your account, apart from what the section What Other Riders Can See describes. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your data will never be accessed without permission. If that happens, we will tell you as the law requires.ChildrenThe Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.Where Data Is ProcessedWe are based in the United States and your data is stored there. Our providers may process it in other countries under their own safeguards.Changes to This PolicyWhen we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we tell you in the app before it applies to you.ContactAtlas Systems LLC. Questions or requests: email [email protected].
Terms of ServiceEffective October 14, 20261. Agreement to These TermsThese terms are an agreement between you and Atlas Systems LLC ("we", "us") for the Dialed Offroad app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.On iPhone, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. See section 18.2. What the Service DoesDialed suggests starting settings for your dirt bike's suspension and tire pressure, and suggests changes based on how you say the bike felt. The suggestions come from our rules, our formula, manufacturer data and, for some text and some starting settings, a language model. We may change, add or remove features at any time.3. No Professional AdviceEvery setting, note and suggestion in the Service is general information, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified suspension technician or mechanic, or for your owner's manual. Suggestions can be wrong: model data can contain errors, text written by the language model can be mistaken, and the Service cannot see or feel your bike. You decide whether to make any change, and you are responsible for checking each setting against your owner's manual before you ride.4. Motorsports Are Dangerous: You Assume the RiskRiding a dirt bike is a dangerous activity. It can cause serious injury, permanent disability, death, and damage to your bike and other property, even when the rider is skilled, the bike is in good condition and the setup is correct. Changing suspension settings, air pressure, sag or tire pressure changes how a bike handles and can make it harder to control.By using the Service you agree that:(a) you ride at your own risk, and you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of riding, of adjusting your bike, and of using any suggestion from the Service, whether those risks are known or unknown;(b) after any change you will test the bike at low speed in a safe, open area before riding hard, and go back to your previous settings if anything feels wrong;(c) you will never adjust the bike or use the app while riding, and you will wear proper protective gear, ride within your ability, and follow the law, land access rules and each track's rules; and(d) you are responsible for the mechanical condition and safe operation of your bike.TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU RELEASE Atlas Systems LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS FROM ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING FROM RIDING OR FROM ADJUSTING A BIKE, INCLUDING WHEN A SETTING CAME FROM THE SERVICE. Some places do not allow this kind of release, so parts of it may not apply to you.5. Your AccountGive accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.6. Free Plan and ProThe free plan includes, among other things, one bike with one setup, a baseline tune, rebuilding that baseline, one free refinement per bike, and logging every ride day. Pro adds refinements after the free one, the setup story (every past version), more setups on a bike, and a second bike. What each plan includes is shown in the app and may change; if we take away something you have paid for during a paid period, we will tell you.7. Your Pro Days (the Pro Trial)An account that has never bought Pro gets one Pro trial, shown in the app as your Pro days. It starts when you save your first tune in Dialed 3.0 and ends at the end of your third ride day or 21 days after it started, whichever comes first. A ride day is a calendar day on which you log a ride, moto or refinement. The trial covers the bike you are tuning; a second bike needs a paid plan. The trial does not ask for payment details, nothing is charged when it ends, and it never turns into a subscription by itself. When it ends you move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: setups that need Pro stay saved and open again if you subscribe. One trial per person; creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed.8. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal and CancellationPro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription through Apple's App Store and Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy, from the store. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then current price, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. The store charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. If the price changes, the store tells you first under its rules.Manage or cancel in your store account settings (Profile, Manage subscription, opens them). When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Purchases and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.9. Park Pro for WinterPark Pro for winter, on the Profile page, is a shortcut for the off season, not a separate product or price. On iPhone it opens your App Store subscription settings so you can turn off auto-renewal: Pro stays on until your paid time ends. On Android, where Google Play offers a pause for your plan, it opens Google Play so you can pause it: Pro is paused until the plan resumes. Either way, your bikes, setups and ride days stay, and if you allow notifications the app reminds you in March. When you come back, the store's price at that time applies.10. Your Content and the License You Give UsYou own what you add: bike details, notes, photos, track names and track reports ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, send and display your content only to run, secure and improve the Service. That includes showing your track reports, and tracks you added once we verify them, to other riders, and sending notes you type to our service providers as the Privacy Policy describes. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except that a verified track stays available to riders without your name, and copies in backups expire on their own schedule. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.11. Content RulesYou are responsible for your content. Do not post anything that:is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexual or violent; infringes someone else's rights, including photos you do not have the right to use; contains anyone's personal information; pretends to be someone else; or is spam.Track reports must be honest and first-hand. Do not add a track on private land, or report one as open, unless you know riders are allowed there. A report is one rider's view, never a statement that a track is open, safe or legal to ride. We may remove any content and suspend accounts that break these rules.12. Acceptable UseDo not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated requests, getting around limits or plan restrictions, interfering with the Service, using it to break the law, or using it to build a competing product.13. Services From Other CompaniesThe Service relies on other companies, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenAI and Supabase, and can open Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions. Their own terms apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for them.14. Deleting Your Account and Ending AccessYou can delete your account at any time from the Profile page with Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your account and its data as the Privacy Policy describes and cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your store account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect riders or the Service. Sections 3, 4, 10, 15, 16, 17 and 20 continue after your account ends.15. DisclaimersTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SETTING IS SAFE OR SUITED TO YOU OR YOUR BIKE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS.16. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, Atlas Systems LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.17. IndemnityYou agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from a claim by someone else that arises from your content, your riding, or your breaking these terms.18. Apple Terms (iPhone)If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty duty. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claim about the app, including product liability, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.19. Changes to These TermsWhen we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we tell you in the app before it applies to you. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.20. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Idaho, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.21.
